Description Directional 3G / 4G LTE MIMO antenna R-Net Boom with 2 x 20 dBi gain refers to the type of directional antennas and serves to amplify and stabilize a weak mobile operator signal and increase the data transfer rate over significant distances to base stations (up to 20 km). It is most often used in rural areas. It can work in both 4G LTE and 3G UMTS networks, with the only difference that MIMO technology is supported and will work in LTE networks, but not in 3G networks. The antenna has a gain factor of 2 x 20 dBi and supports a frequency range of 1700-2170 MHz. From this it is clear that this antenna will be effective where there is 4G LTE coverage at 1800 MHz, as well as 3G at 2100 MHz. The directional 3G / 4G LTE MIMO Boom antenna is an outdoor antenna that is mounted on the roof, on a balcony, or on a wall outside the building and is directed towards the mobile operator's base station. The directional pattern of this antenna is quite narrow, so the more accurately it is oriented to the transmitting tower, the better the quality of signal reception will be. The LTE Boom antenna is attached to a vertical pipe using the attachment included in the delivery package. A 50-Ohm cable must be used to connect to a modem or router. To connect cables, there are two F-female connectors located on the back of the antenna. The recommended maximum cable length of RG58 type is no more than 20 meters. ,,, and some constructive details for antenna adaptation..
