I contact ANTEKS via email, read response.

Hello, for some time this antenna really worked in
the extended range and was manufactured that way. Now this antenna works in
the range of 1700-2700 MHz.
Now we have another position for this range:

Jomy , These BALUN details might be IMPORTANT to know (3-4 feeding STRIPS) do you have a drawing with Dimensions...(Russians use it all the  time)
